About ME
I’m Mark Edburg—Co-Founder of GotTrouble.org, and a systems builder passionate about creating human-centered solutions that make a real difference.
My background spans over 7 years across engineering, digital development, and platform strategy. I started my career as a civil engineer and quickly rose to Head of Branch, leading large-scale infrastructure projects and developing cost-effective, eco-friendly housing for low-income families. That experience grounded me in practical problem-solving and a deep commitment to social impact.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to scale my work, I transitioned into tech—mastering 3D modeling, web development, UI/UX design, and SEO. I’ve since built a successful freelance career, helping mission-driven organizations launch digital platforms that are not just functional, but meaningful.
At GotTrouble.org, I lead our digital strategy, product architecture, AI content integration, and SEO framework. My role is to connect structure with empathy—building systems that support people in crisis with clarity and dignity.
I believe in turning complexity into simplicity and bold ideas into real-world impact. Whether I’m designing homes or digital tools, I aim to build things that last—systems that are smart, accessible, and deeply human.
